Follow teh steps below to clear the local storage from Chrome or Edge

Navigate to the application or Contact Center in your CRM where you use InGenius
Open the browser Developer Tools
1. CNRTL+SHIFT+i
Navigate to the Application tab in the developer tools
Expand the Local Storage item
Right click the *.ingenius.com item and select Clear
