What is Qvidian for Microsoft Office?
This included integration enables users to access their Qvidian libraries directly from Word documents and Excel spreadsheets. Using streamlined controls, users can search for and add answers to RFPs and questionnaires and automatically insert answers to blocks of questions in bulk. Get Qvidian for Microsoft Office in Minutes (no added cost)
Included for all licensed Qvidian users, Qvidian for Office is designed to complement (not replace) existing Qvidian functionality. This integration is optional, there's no added cost, and it takes just minutes to get started.
Self-Service Installation
1) Get started by either watching the "Install Now" Video > or reading the "Quick Start" Guide >
2) Install the correct version of this integration via Microsoft AppSource: US Version [Download] > | EU Version [Download] >
3) In either Word or Excel, click the new "Show Qvidian" button on the right of the Home menu
4) Log-in to Qvidian for Microsoft Office using your standard Qvidian username and password
Troubleshooting: Please ensure your admin enabled the correct application permissions and that you're using the correct version of the integration. For help, view the resources in Step 1 (above) or visit the Product Help Center (click the "?" on the top right of your Qvidian homepage).
Guided Installation
If you can't use self-service installation in your organization (see steps above), please ask your Qvidian admin to work with your IT team and contact Qvidian support to get started with an alternate installation method.

Note: Assignment workflows are now available in Qvidian for Office to help direct participants' attention. However, when working in Qvidian for Office, all participants can still view and edit all parts of the response.
