About this User Type
A campaign editor has the ability to access and take actions in specific approved campaigns. When building this user type you should select "Limit to Campaign Editor Role" as well as "Limit Access to the Following Campaigns" to build broadcasts also make sure you have "Editor" selected, otherwise this user will only be able to see content in the Campaign. When you start typing in the bar below this last option your campaign names will come up. You can select multiple campaigns. Your Campaign User will be able to see and take action in whatever campaigns you have added to this bar. You can also remove access from campaigns by selecting the x to the left of the campaign name.
Please note, Campaign Users can view, access and target (send to) any of your groups within their campaign. When a group is targeted in a broadcast those members of the group who are not already subscribers to the campaign the broadcast is being sent to will become subscribers upon being targeted from that campaign. If you do not want your Campaign User to be able to take this action you should employ the Broadcast Approval restriction as well.
Upon Log In a Campaign User will see only their approved campaign(s). Once inside their campaign, they will be able to see and take all standard campaign actions.
Note: Campaign limited users will only receive email notifications for incoming messages to the campaigns they are limited to.

- View & Directly Message Profiles from approved Campaigns
- Access Agent View
- Manually Opt-Out Subscribers
- Campaign Users can access, create, edit and delete custom fields
- Create & Edit mDatas
- Create & Edit mConnects, Phonebook, and Recordings
Campaign Editors Can Not:
- Create, View or Edit Smart Campaigns
- Create, View or Edit the Master Campaign
- View Deactivated Campaigns
- Create & Edit Users
- View Calls
- Create, View or Edit mCasts
- Create, View or Edit Affiliates
- Create, View or Edit Links
